Over 35 participants from various law enforcement agencies in northeast Mississippi attended a multi-day training at Northeast Mississippi Community College, focusing on school safety and emergency response. The program utilized ALERRT curriculum, combining classroom instruction with scenario-based exercises to prepare officers for real-life incidents involving active threats and coordinated team responses.
