On April 25, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Tishomingo County Sheriff’s Department will host DEA’s National Prescription Drug Take Back Day at various U.S. locations, including WAL-Mart in Iuka, Miss. This initiative allows safe, anonymous disposal of unneeded medications, preventing misuse and removing over 20.4 million pounds of drugs since its start.
