Three Iuka Elementary students were celebrated for their poetry achievements in the Mississippi Poetry Project 2026 Anthology. Maddie Herald and Hannah Presson won first place in their respective grades, while Evelyn Gray secured third place at the school and second place statewide. The project also donated copies to the school library.
