The Mississippi Department of Human Services announces the approval of mass replacement benefits for SNAP households in 15 counties heavily affected by Winter Storm Fern. Eligible clients in these counties will receive benefits automatically, while residents in 28 additional counties have until February 23, 2026, to request replacements.
