Chris Austin, a 1990 graduate of Burnsville High School, served 21 years in the U.S. Navy, retiring as Senior Chief Sonar Technician. He worked on submarines and held various shore assignments. Now residing in Kearneysville, West Virginia, he is married to Sabrina and serves as Director of Operations at a regional hospital.
