SBA Offers Drought Relief to Alabama Small Businesses and Private Nonprofits Affected by December Drought 

The U.S. Small Business Administration announced low interest federal disaster loans for small businesses and nonprofits in Alabama affected by the December 2024 drought. Eligible entities can apply for loans up to $2 million for operational costs. Interest rates start at 4%, with repayment deferred for 12 months. Applications are available online.
