The name Millie’s Coffee & Food Bar holds a special meaning for Hastings and her family. The business is named after their four-year-old beagle, Millie, who they bottle-fed as a runt from a litter of nine.
“She means a whole lot to our family, and it felt right to name the business after her,” Hastings shared.
